Delivery & Charges
All transactions are made in Hong Kong Dollars, other currencies conversions are just for reference only. Shipment will usually be shipped within 1-3 working days upon order placement and payment confirmation. All of our product pricings do not include taxes. It is customer's responsibility to pay any fees, customs duties and taxes charged by your local customs or postal office.
For customers from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, shipment will be sent by SF Express with online tracking number.
Shipping fee is paid on delivery. Customer can choose SF service center, store and EF Locker locations, residential, commercial and industrial addresses.

For customers from other countries (e.g. United States, Europe etc), shipment will be sent by Hong Kong Post Services, e.g. Speedpost EMS, Air Parcel.
Shipping and packing fee will be calculated on checkout. Refund policy is not applied at any case including items damaged, lost etc. Customer should ensure the parcel will be received at the given delivery address as recipient signature will be required upon delivery of parcel. Also, customer should be responsible for return delivery charge and re-shipment charge if parcel is returned unclaim or due to address related problem.
